Mike DeWitt at Spooky Action is a pretty big fan of Jay Abraham's book Getting Everything You Can Out of All You've Got.

I thought Jay was right. There's truly only 3 ways to increase your profits: more customers, more dollars from your customers, and more returns from those customers. Everything else is just an expense. Now that we know how to do it, what to do becomes the true debate!
