Suggest you add to this list one of the best books ever written on selling complex or intangible products to a business...Concentric Selling by Michael Bosworth. This takes his first book, Solution Selling, to the next level. Seth once said "the rules are changing (again)." Bosworth gets it...and so will you if you are interested in crafting a better sales strategy.
