They’re in charge of everything,
but they don’t tell us anything.
They make the rules and policies
by which we must work,
but those rules and policies
often get in the way of our work.
They tell us
we need to embrace change,
but they don’t change themselves.
They seem to have all the power,
but they don’t use it wisely.
They want,
they expect,
they demand,
they cut,
they control,
they command,
they, they, they ….
It’s always about they!
Just who are THEY, anyway?
