True To Our Roots Audio Excerpt
In 2003, Paul Dolan, president of Fetzer Vineyards, wrote a book called True To Our Roots: Fermenting a Business Revolution. Dolan was an early adopter of the "triple bottom line" and believes his impact on the environment is as important as the profits he generates.
I was looking through the backlist of Blackstone Audiobooks and ran across True To Our Roots again. They have it available in a 7 hour, 5 disc set. Here is short excerpt from the audiobook where Dolan talks about the importance of finding what your employees are good at and then putting those people in the right spot.
