Winning Excerpt

Winning

This is an excerpt from the audiobook Winning by Jack Welch with Suzy Welch.

I spent six years at GE during Welch's tenure. I decided to pull the section where he talks about Six Sigma from a manager's and executive's standpoint. I was involved directly in Six Sigma for two years and think it is an incredible way to drive inefficiencies out of a business. Maybe Jack can convince you to take a look at it.

This excerpt is Track6 on Disc 6. It is simply called "Six Sigma".
